Thomas Young Group in Atlanta, GA seeks an Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial projects across industrial, retail, office, medical, and institutional sectors. You will review drawings and specs to determine material, labor, and time needs while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure feasibility and value engineering.

Competenze

• 5–15+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial/industrial focus preferred).
• Strong takeoff, review of subcontractor scope, and bid analysis skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software is a plus but not required.

• Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates for commercial/industrial projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and documents to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
