Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepares OPCCs and supports design-build projects.
• Manages schedules and cost reporting with project controls.
• Coordinates with project managers, subcontractors and field teams.
