Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the entire bid process with detailed bid packages.
• Prepare estimates for Conceptual to Construction Documents stages.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and prepare related forms and scopes of work.
• Review design documents for accurate pricing and value engineering.
• Compile award packages for purchasing and maintain client relationships.
