Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Document Controller to govern project documentation across the construction lifecycle, coordinating with GC, subs, design consultants, and operations to ensure complete, current, and properly stored records.

The role emphasizes control of turnover documentation, including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and commissioning records, with a focus on meeting contractual requirements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Construction Document Control & EDMS leadership.
• Experience managing drawings, submittals, RFIs and turnover documentation.
• Proficiency with Procore, ProjectSight, SharePoint or similar CDEs.
• Strong coordination across multiple contractors and technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Review document-control dashboards and turnover trackers to identify overdue submittals and closeout deliverables.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to collect, review, organize, and track project documentation.
• Maintain document registers, manage revisions, verify accuracy, and ensure proper storage in project repositories.
• Support quality reviews to ensure records are complete, current, and audit-ready.
• Ensure turnover documentation complies with contractual requirements and matrixes.
