Wilson Elser is seeking a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney to lead a manageable caseload focused on construction-related litigation. The ideal candidate will exhibit legal proficiency, strategic insight, and the ability to independently manage cases through trial.
The role requires 5+ years of defense litigation experience, Florida admission, and strong drafting of discovery and pretrial motions. A construction defect background is highly preferred, with hybrid work options available.
