Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in construction defect law to join its West Palm Beach practice. The candidate should bring at least 7 years of experience and be capable of managing a full caseload with autonomy in a remote work setup.

Requirements include Juris Doctor from an accredited school, admission to the Florida Bar, and excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to bill clients efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing and able to bill.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
• Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing clients.
• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
• Work with little supervision; prioritize and anticipate work needs; handle pressure and short deadlines.
