The role spans across engineering teams to ensure secure, interoperable and maintainable solutions aligned with a shared strategy.

The ideal candidate has deep cloud, DevSecOps, and leadership experience with a track record of driving digital transformation in automotive tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
• At least 12–15 years of diverse technology experience including Java, PLSQL/Oracle, web services, and mobile app development.

Responsibilities

• Own CV technology strategy and develop actionable roadmaps for digital transformation.
• Research, test, and evangelize technologies with cost vs. business benefit analyses.
• Develop and govern architecture standards, reference patterns, and decision frameworks.
• Drive standards, common practices, and cross-engineering consistency.
• Coach and lead through structured training sessions and coaching.
