DCCA is seeking a Configuration Manager 3 to lead CM for developmental and operational systems in Maryland. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Poly and extensive CM experience across development and production baselines.

The candidate will develop CM plans, implement CM discipline throughout the system life cycle, and perform change control and configuration audits. The position emphasizes strong governance, policy development, and collaboration with development teams to maintain rigorous

Qualifications

Eight years of CM experience in large programs or contracts.
Bachelor's degree required; four years of additional CM experience may substitute for a bachelor.
Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
Development program CM: one year experience with a source control system may be required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems.
Create and maintain configuration baselines for development, test, production environments.
Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures.
Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures for system scope and complexity.
Implement CM discipline for the system life cycle from requirements baselines to end-of-life.
Perform change control and configuration audits.
