Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking a Configuration Manager to oversee CM of developmental and operational systems across development, testing, and production baselines. The role involves implementing policies, tools, and procedures to ensure version control and configuration integrity.

Key tasks include managing CM environments with DOORS and Eclipse, defining processes, and serving as an advisor to the Government Change Control Board. Clearances and citizenship are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8 years of CM experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; Master’s may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• US Citizenship required; TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures.
• Assist in the use of CM tools (DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items.
• Develop CM plans, policies, and procedures for development, test, production baselines.
