Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our intel team. This role focuses on CM of developmental and operational systems, maintaining baselines across development, testing, and production.

You will implement CM policies, manage the full lifecycle, and perform change control and audits. Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with polygraph, eight years of CM experience, and a BS in a technical or business field (with substitutions allowed).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required; four additional CM years may substitute for the degree.
• Eight years of CM experience in comparable programs or contracts are required.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of CM experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform CM for developmental and operational systems and maintain configuration baselines.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to project scope.
• Implement CM discipline across the system life cycle from requirements to end-of-life.
• Conduct change control and configuration audits.

Belay Technologies is seeking a Configuration Manager to join our intel team. This candidate will be responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. Works on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems. Uses or recommends automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures. Develops or modifies CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life. Perform change control and configuration audits.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Eight (8) years’ experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6)

Salary Range: $168,000 to $240,000
