Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in configuration management, engineering, or manufacturing in aerospace.
• 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of configuration management standards (AS9100, EIA-649).
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and direction for hardware and software configuration management.
• Leads configuration management support for proposals and program planning.
• Accountable for establishing organizational configuration management capabilities.
• Leads CDM practices across programs, ensuring compliance.
• Mentors junior CM staff to develop talent and clear priorities.
