Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline required.
• 5+ years' experience in aerospace or highly regulated environment.
• Experience in configuration management of complex hardware systems.
• Experience managing Change Control Boards (CCBs) and CM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the change management lifecycle, from intake and impact evaluation through approval and implementation tracking.
• Coordinate change integration activities from approval through physical implementation into the product.
• Manage configuration status accounting, product baselines, and product lifecycle data releases.
• Process owner for system configuration across operations (drone, site, and software).
• Support production fleet and next generation product Config transitions.
• Drive Configuration & Change Management process improvement (Tier 2 focus area).
