Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive related experience in CM, information management, and records management.
• Experience in dynamic environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills.
• Experience with enterprise PDM systems (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, PTC Windchill).
• U.S. Citizenship with active TS clearance (SSBI) within 5 years and ability to access SCI.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware configuration and information management support for Project System Engineers.
• Plan and implement complex CM tasks: collecting, cataloging, releasing, reporting, and controlling documentation; manage changes and waivers.
• Evaluate, test, and configure CM tools for the project.
• Administer information throughout the project lifecycle including archiving and closeout.
• Investigate alternative methods for information and configuration management.
• Recommend improvements to project personnel and management.
• Integrate partner information and develop CM processes and procedures.
• Serve as technical POC to implement access control for CUI, export controls, and sensitive data.
• Plan, document, manage, and execute project change control processes.
• Coordinate ECR processing, action item tracking, and cross-functional change control boards using Jira.
