Job summary

People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company) seeks a Senior Configuration Analyst to manage product revision control and maintain the authoritative configuration baseline across engineering and manufacturing. The role focuses on documentation traceability, data integrity, and ensuring CM/DM processes meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will lead change-management efforts from concept through sustainment, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate across sites on CM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 10+ years CM experience.
• Experience applying CM policies, procedures, and tools.
• Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product revision control and maintain the authoritative configuration baseline.
• Design and support documentation traceability workflows for engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Review, log, categorize, and track engineering changes against approved customer baselines.
• Analyze Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and communicate configuration impacts to affected stakeholders.
• Ensure CM and DM processes comply with contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Lead change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.
• Support special projects and cross-site initiatives related to CM and data integrity.
• Prepare clear and concise communications and documentation for mission-critical work.
• Mentor junior analysts and share CM best practices.
