Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience OR Master’s with 3 years OR PhD with 1 year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with Tech Writing and Tools, Procedural Writing/Editing.
• Experience with Change/File Management (PLM) Tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office M365.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate timely preparation of project documentation (drawings, specs, schedules, mods).
• Review contracts for required documentation across project phases.
• Support scheduling, status reporting, and data transmittals.
• Ensure quality control and technical editing per standards.
• Manage configuration identification and control.
• Handle data storage, retrieval, and data rights considerations.
• Submittals in accordance with contractually required methods/tools.
• Apply CDM concepts per EIA-649, EIA-859, MIL-STD-973, MIL-HDBK-61.
