Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc. seeks a Concrete Superintendent - Commercial to lead field concrete operations across Hawaii projects. You will oversee foundations, slabs, walls, decks, and structural concrete, coordinating with PMs and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will mentor foremen and crews, enforce EM 385-1-1 safety practices, review plans, and optimize productivity while controlling costs. Strong communication and scheduling skills are required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience; preferably 10 years, with at least 5 years as a superintendent or similar leadership role on large projects.
• Extensive concrete experience including cast-in-place, formwork, reinforcement, placement and finishing.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field operations.
• Familiar with EM 385-1-1 safety requirements and hazard identification.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, supervise and manage field labor, foremen, and subcontractors; assign daily tasks.
• Lead all concrete construction activities: foundations, slabs, walls, columns, decks, and specialty installations.
• Assist PM/PE in scheduling and coordinating activities; review work for plans and specs compliance.
• Provide daily input on concrete methods, sequencing, productivity, and progress.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, rebar, formwork, embeds, materials.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and cost control across operations.
• Maintain communications with owners, engineers, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
