Job summary

Thompson Concrete is seeking a Superintendent to lead daily field operations on commercial concrete projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role serves as the main link between field teams, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal operations.

You will forecast manpower and equipment needs, coordinate crews, review drawings, and lead site meetings to keep projects on track while upholding Thompson Concrete’s safety standards and production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations on commercial concrete projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, layouts, and schedules.
• Proven ability to lead crews and maintain production.
• Excellent communication with PMs, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability.
• Forecast manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Experience with daily reports and job-site documentation preferred.
