Job summary

Speedy Concrete Cutting, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Operator to perform precise concrete cutting, coring, and drilling on commercial, industrial, and residential sites.

You will interpret project specs, set up equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience with concrete cutting equipment, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 45 lbs, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as an operator in concrete cutting or related fields.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work with PPE and OSHA guidelines.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; valid driver's license.
• Physically capable of lifting 45 lbs and working outdoors/in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete cutting equipment such as walk-behind saws, hand saws, wall saws, core drills, and wire saws.
• Cut, saw, drill and remove concrete, asphalt, masonry per project specs.
• Read and interpret job plans; set up work areas with ventilation and water supply.
• Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhere to safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and site personnel; perform general labor as needed.
