Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; current Secret clearance highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting and Incident Resolution: address nonstandard problems with extensive manual intervention and engineer workarounds when SOPs fail.
• Operational Adaptability and Integration: rapidly adopt new software, system applications, and procedures in production.
• Resource Management and Infrastructure Optimization: monitor and reallocate IT hardware and system resources to minimize downtime.
• Autonomous Execution and Direct Service Delivery: perform tasks with minimal supervision and deliver outputs directly to end-users.
