Job summary

Nordstrom Williams seeks a Senior Architectural CAD Drafter to transform field data, sketches, and design concepts into precise drawings and 3D models. You will support architectural projects and manufacturing-ready pieces, collaborating with architects, engineers, and craftsmen to ensure accuracy and constructability.

Role requires experience with complex architectural detailing, field measurement workflows, and knowledge of GD&T and ANSI/ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural and production drawings in Rhino3D, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools.
• Build new drawings from field measurements, photographs, sketches, existing pieces, 3D scans, and specifications.
• Reverse engineer existing architectural details when the original drawings are missing.
• Create and modify the 3D models and drawings used in manufacturing.
• Translate design intent into details that can actually be manufactured.
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, materials, and constructability before anything hits the shop floor.

My client is seeking a Senior Architectural CAD Drafter who can take field measurements, photographs, existing pieces, sketches, and design concepts and turn them into detailed drawings and 3D models. Your work supports both architectural projects and the models and molds used to manufacture the finished pieces.
