• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of overall experience with significant technical leadership, including 5+ years in engineering management.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and Linux, with networking knowledge.
• Experience with container platforms, GitOps, Go and Python.
• Strong track record in modernization and building scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a global Compute Core Engineering team; recruit, mentor and develop talent.
• Define strategy and roadmaps for infrastructure services across data centers and cloud.
• Drive automation to self-service platforms; modernize legacy infra with minimal disruption.
• Provide technical leadership for DNS, DHCP, NTP/PTP, LDAP, and Linux infra.
• Establish engineering standards for performance, capacity and disaster recovery.
• Build automation culture and AI-assisted operations to reduce toil.
• Lead automation platforms with Go, Python, Terraform and GitOps.
• Set metrics for health, availability and capacity; lead incident reviews.
• Forecast demand and ensure infrastructure scales for upcoming needs.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA leadership to build compelling infra products.
