Job summary

Lilly is seeking a statistical leader with a strong background in statistics and programming to support multiple regulatory submissions and manuscripts. The role requires collaboration with study teams, data management, and cross-functional partners to ensure robust analyses and compliant reporting.

The candidate should have a Master’s in Statistics or Biostatistics and 7+ years of experience, with expertise in SAS, R, and Spotfire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or MSPH with concentration in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• 7+ years of statistical analysis/programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with statistical colleagues and study personnel to provide input to statistical analysis plans, write reports and communicate results.
• Assist in selecting statistical methods for data analysis and conduct analyses once a reporting database is created.
• Collaborate with data management in planning and implementing data quality assurance plans.
• Maintain proficiency with respect to SAS programming and statistical methodology and applying new methods.
• Justify methods selected and implement analysis plans.
• Conduct peer-review of work products from statistical colleagues.
• Communicate study results via regulatory submissions and manuscripts; interact with key customers.
