Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Experience with genomics/proteomics datasets and basic statistics.

Responsibilities

• Develops computational and bioinformatics approaches to analyze oncology datasets.
• Builds and maintains bioinformatics workflows and pipelines for cancer research.
• Uses Python and R to perform statistical analyses, data processing, and visualization.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address research questions.
• Documents methods and ensures data quality and reproducibility.
