• Apply quantum chemistry fundamentals to semiconductor processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform first‑principles calculations and atomistic modeling of reaction mechanisms, surface chemistry, and plasma‑surface interactions.
• Generate training datasets from quantum chemistry/DFT to support next‑gen simulations.
• Support process engineering research and simulations for chemistry and materials.
• Plan projects: define concepts and evaluation workflows.
• Evaluate modeling data to guide chemistries, materials, and process specs.
• Communicate chemistry/process insights through presentations with stakeholders.
