• 9+ years of work experience in computational biology and predictive modeling initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced subject matter expertise and programmatic support to DARPA BTO Program Managers.
• Translate multiscale biological network modeling, algorithmic software engineering, ML pipelines, and HPC into oversight, code review and validation.
• Evaluate mathematical formulation, algorithmic soundness, and scalability of whole-cell simulation platforms.
• Apply data science, statistical analysis, and verification protocols to simulation outputs.
• Manage computational and software integration pathways between modeling teams and IV&V environments.
