Job summary

You will process, visualize, and analyze datasets from genomics and related experiments, working with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative computational approaches. The role emphasizes designing and maintaining pipelines, applying statistics, and communicating results through figures and manuscripts, in a collaborative research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• MS preferred in computer science / bioinformatics.
• Proficiency in R and Python for computational biology workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and validates bioinformatics workflows and pipelines.
• Applies statistical analyses, data processing, and visualization of oncology data using R and Python.
• Collaborates with investigators to define analytic requirements and develop computational approaches.
• Interprets high-throughput genomics and imaging data to address research questions.
• Documents methods, code, and workflows to ensure reproducibility.
