Job summary

Bausch + Lomb in Greenville, SC seeks a Compounding LCT Lead to drive process improvement in Compounding (Pharmacy, Upper/Lower Mix) ensuring bulk solution is available, compliant, and on time for each fill.

The role partners with Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, and Quality to remove constraints, document Changes, train staff, and sustain adoption across shifts. 1–2 years of related industrial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated manufacturing (aseptic/sterile) preferred.
• Experience with change control and GMP documentation (procedures, batch records).
• Ability to develop training and clearly communicate changes to operators and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Owns Compounding process changes from identification through implementation, closure and sustainment.
• Leads training, procedures, batch records, and job aids affected by changes.
