Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Senior Composite Technician to join our aerospace fabrication team. You will cut, lay-up, cure and assemble composite products for AI-enabled aerospace structures, working with technicians and engineers across design and integration.

First shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or second shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with strict attention to tolerances, material properties, and aerospace quality standards. Prior composite fabrication and ability to obtain a U.S.

Competenze

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• 3–10+ years of composite fabrication experience.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Polished communication and presentation skills.
• Bias toward action.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Cut, lay-up, fabricate, cure and assemble composite products and assemblies.
• Exercise knowledge of materials such as thermosets, thermoplastics and composites and their forming and processing characteristics.
• Locate critical reference points and coordinate parts to tolerances when required.
• Build laminated assemblies by placing laminate plies on tools or molds.
• Prepare parts for bagging with bleeders, thermocouples, probes and vacuum connections and verify seals.
