Job summary

Beta Technologies is seeking a Senior Composite Stress Engineering Specialist for the Burlington Structures Team. You will generate and review composite structural analyses using FEM and hand calculations to support certification of the aircraft, and you will compile stress reports for MRB and production teams.

The role requires mentoring junior members, deriving test plans, developing material data, and performing trade studies to aid product development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience generating and reviewing composite structural analyses using FEM and hand calculations.
• Prepare stress reports to support certification.
• Support manufacturing and aircraft assembly MRB processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and work within an IPT.
• Derive test plans and material datasets for development.
