Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior Composite Materials Industrial Base Analyst to support DoD programs. You will apply analytical, strategic, technical, and defense industrial base expertise to research, develop, analyze, plan, and manage investments that expand capacity to meet wartime needs.

You will guide DoW kinetic capabilities work, assess complex systems and policies, and deliver recommendations to resolve capacity shortfalls. Expect up to 25% travel and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of DoD composite materials or propulsion base experience.
• 15+ years supporting acquisition programs or weapon capabilities.
• Experience designing and evaluating acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of PPBS planning, programming, and budgeting system.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and hold Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, analyze and manage investments in the DIB to expand capacity.
• Advise clients on complex systems, policies, and processes.
• Support DoW kinetic capabilities and defense planning efforts.
• Travel up to 25% and collaborate with stakeholders.
