Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies and architectures.
• Strong Java-based microservice architecture and data modeling background.
• Experience in financial services, specifically in trade surveillance or global markets.
• Experience with large unstructured data sets including communications and messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and leading agile teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Large Language Models, NLP, and Generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of frameworks and core services for deployment across streams.
• Design and implement policies and standards for enterprise framework usage.
• Guide knowledge transfer to functional development teams.
• Review designs for architecture, security, and TD standards.
• Champion product-based CI/CD pipelines for release artifacts.
• Manage projects and resources, providing status updates.
• Provide expert consultation on medium to high risk projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Support team objectives and client services.
• Continuously learn and apply industry trends.
