If you’re ready to take your consulting career to the next level, we want you on our team as a Senior Consultant on our Compliance Services team, serving as a trusted advisor to clients, leading interactions, and driving effective compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors to serve Outsourced CCO and enterprise‑level clients.
- Manage compliance calendars and support testing, reviews, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentations for client trainings and strategy sessions.
- Review advertising, Codes of Ethics, and onboarding documents to maintain compliance.
- Draft and maintain compliance manuals, disclosure brochures, and key filings such as Form ADV and Form CRS.
- Stay on top of industry trends and communicate updates to clients in plain English.
- Grow consulting skills with mentorship, career development, and exposure to enterprise‑level engagements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services — ideally with registered investment advisers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of securities laws, compliance principles, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills — translate legal jargon into actionable guidance.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Problem‑solving mindset and a proactive approach to helping clients succeed.
