Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana is seeking a Compliance Auditor to perform reviews ensuring adherence to laws and company policies. You will coordinate with internal teams and external regulators, preparing findings and recommendations for management.

The role requires 4+ years in audit/compliance, with healthcare regulation exposure preferred; bachelor’s in business administration is required and a master’s is preferred. Louisiana residency is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in audit/compliance; healthcare/compliance background preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to laws and company policies.
• Assist with coordination of external regulatory audits (DOI, CMS, NCQA, URAC).
• Provide recommendations to strengthen internal controls and reduce non-compliance risk.
• Prepare information for management and maintain documentation for audits.
• Train employees on compliance programs and ethics as needed.
