Job summary

PNC seeks a Compliance Program Manager Senior to lead the Enterprise Compliance team in Pittsburgh, PA / Columbus, OH / Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on monitoring complaints, deep-dive analysis, and reporting to identify systemic compliance risks and drive improvement.

The position requires managing a high-performing team, partnering with legal and risk colleagues, and supporting audits and exams including UDAP/UDAAP and CMS. Strong governance and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 8+ years industry experience.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and enhances compliant programs and policies to prevent improper business practices.
• Trains, monitors, and manages junior staff; remediates issues and challenges conclusions where appropriate.
• Assess activity for existing and emerging risks; present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Directs compliance monitoring, identifies program objectives, and socializes them to business partners.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and inquiries, and oversee risk assessment reporting.
• Lead annual metrics refresh and update related whitepapers.
