Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Analyst – Compliance to conduct complex investigations, reviews, due diligence, and risk analyses within gaming and hospitality. The role supports regulatory adherence and develops remediation recommendations for management.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with internal controls, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and state gaming regulations. Strong communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced compliance investigations, reviews, and due diligence.
• Risk assessments and reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BSA/Title 31, AML, SAR/CTR, OFAC, and gaming regs.
• Strong communication and mentoring of junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct routine and complex investigations, reviews, and due diligence.
• Identify and elevate regulatory, operational, reputational, and financial crime risks.
• Develop investigation memoranda, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
