• Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business or related field is required.
• Masters degree may serve as a substitute for part of the experience requirement.

• Lead compliance reporting across multiple functions by evaluating data, audit information and risks.
• Lead investigations across multiple functions; coordinate data collection and interviews and recommend corrective actions.
