Job summary

Compass Financial Partners, a division of MMA Securities LLC, seeks a Senior Compliance Client Service Manager to serve institutional clients and manage day-to-day and complex plan design inquiries.

You will support the team, collaborate with Institutional Consultants and Relationship Managers, and apply deep ERISA and defined contribution product knowledge to anticipate issues and provide proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of relationship/client service management experience.
• Deep knowledge of defined contribution financial products and services.
• Prior ERISA compliance experience required.
• Relevant industry designations preferred (QKA; QKC; ERPA; QPA; TGPC).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative resource to the firm’s institutional clientele, building relationships with clients.
• Support day-to-day and complex plan design and compliance inquiries.
• Provide client service management support to the team and to Institutional Consultants and Relationship Managers.
• Anticipate issues and proactively provide solutions based on client needs.
