Job summary

Klinedinst PC in San Diego, CA seeks an attorney with 5+ years of general and business litigation experience to join our growing team. The candidate must be California licensed and capable of handling matters across the state, with a penchant for advocacy and creative problem solving.

The ideal attorney will independently manage cases, structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, and handle document-intensive litigation. Experience in insurance defense is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• California licensed attorney with 5–8+ years of experience in general and business litigation.
• Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, and managing document-intensive cases is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases and take on responsibility for litigation matters.
• Structure discovery plans and manage depositions and document-intensive issues.
• Draft dispositive motions and prepare for trial, in insurance or related sectors if applicable.
