The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key contributor to Apptronik's Total Rewards team, responsible for the analysis, market data, and program administration that support our pay strategy. You will work independently on complex compensation analyses, act as a go-to resource for People Partners and business leaders on pay questions, and help evolve the compensation programs and tools that support a rapidly growing technical workforce.
