What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Facilitate corporate compensation programs such as annual review cycles, promotion cycles, and pay equity reviews
- Design and implement scalable compensation structures and methodologies in collaboration with the compensation team
- Develop dynamic compensation models and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and internal/external partners, ensuring a customer‑focused approach
- Create policies and processes that support innovation while maintaining compliance and minimizing risks
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in supporting technical organizations
- Experience with equity compensation structures at a publicly traded company
- Strong project management skills and experience with compensation program design and delivery
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and strong compensation analytics background
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience in a R&D compensation consulting role
- Familiarity with compensation tools such as PAVE or Compa
