Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare or social services.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to veterans and seniors in their homes.
• Develop relationships with clients, families, and caregivers for collaborative care.
• Maintain records of client interactions, medications, and relevant information.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address client needs and care coordination.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and compassion with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and regulations.
