Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a Senior Community Engagement Specialist to lead Wisconsin and Central Region external affairs. You will build relationships with officials, business groups, educators, and nonprofits to support projects, strengthening the company’s social license to operate.

The role requires 5–8 years in public affairs or stakeholder engagement, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, nonprofit partnerships, or public affairs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust across diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Wisconsin community engagement and local external affairs strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local officials, organizations, and stakeholders to support project success.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide market intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with Public Policy and project teams to support development, permitting, construction, and operations.
