Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Community Marketing Sr. Agent to engage with visitors, share information on vacation experiences, and invite guests to sales previews. This role is a frontline brand ambassador at multiple locations.

Candidates should have 2-3 years in sales or marketing, be energetic, and capable of overcoming objections. College degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales, brand ambassador and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to overcome rejection and common objections.
• Must be high energy and money motivated.

• Serve as the first point of contact and community brand ambassador in the Wyndham Destinations experience.

The Community Marketing Sr. Agent works with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co. In this sales based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact and community brand ambassador in the Wyndham Destinations experience
• Provides recommendations to tourists on various local events, restaurants and attractions.
• Represents the Travel + Leisure Co. brand in a professional manner at various marketing locations.
• Greets, presents, pre-qualifies and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales preview of Travel + Leisure Co. resorts
• Provides a welcoming, professional first impression of our company
• Maintains an accurate record of all transactions and customer logs
• Responsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits made by the guest he/she personally invites
• Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards
• All interactions are in-person and do not include telemarketing!

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales, brand ambassador and/or marketing experience is preferred

• Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $16.90 - $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
