What You'll Actually Do as the Senior Community Engagement Manager:

• Lead direct communication with Jellycat fans across email, social touchpoints, and community channels, ensuring thoughtful, heartfelt, high-attention engagement.
• Manage and mentor a Fan Engagement Coordinator while setting the tone, standards, and voice for all fan interactions.
• Oversee "surprise and delight" gifting programs, curating moments that strengthen loyalty and emotional connection.
• Plan and support fan-facing events, from intimate activations to high-energy experiences that bring community members together.
• Partner closely with global fanbase and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive worldwide community experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed as the Senior Community Engagement Manager:

• 5-8 years in community management, fan engagement, brand experience, or a similar role supporting highly engaged fanbases.
• A proven ability to nurture passionate communities requiring high levels of attention, responsiveness, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Warm, playful communication style aligned with Jellycat's joyful brand personality.
• Strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Why This Role Fits Your Life:

· Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday + occasional travel

· Salary: $100,000-$115,000 based on experience + eligible for up to 15% annual bonus
