Qualifications

• Ten or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Formal bank credit training and experience as a Credit Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Bank's commercial loan portfolio and deposits while strengthening client relationships.
• Develop and manage a list of potential customers; cross-sell bank products including deposits and treasury management solutions.
• Assess loan requests for alignment with credit and profitability standards; monitor credit quality with regular reporting and borrower follow-up.
• Represent the Bank at community events to strengthen local ties and support the commercial banking relationship.
