Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced field service professional to lead complex site activities from a Cleveland base with remote work options. The role requires up to 80% travel and a strong background in Symphony Plus and controls systems.

You will identify new service opportunities with customers, mentor teams, and ensure safety and environmental compliance across sites. Excellent communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years minimum experience; strong background in Symphony Plus preferred.
• Knowledge in any Controls System would be considered.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence, effective communication, problem solving, teamwork, and a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex site field service activities, ensuring safety and environmental guidelines are followed.
• Drives identification of new service business opportunities with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Acts as a technical trainer/coach for team members and customers.
• Works with the customer on-site to identify opportunities to improve operations and reduce pain points.
• Leads Health, Safety, and Environment activities at customer sites and reports unsafe practices.
