Job summary

RJM Technologies in Tysons, VA is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead electrical testing and commissioning for complex, mission-critical power projects. This full-time role requires directing engineers and technicians, ensuring safe, on-schedule delivery, and maintaining high technical standards.

Responsibilities include planning through closeout, mentoring staff, and serving as the primary technical and client-facing leader on site. Travel to project sites will be required.

We're seeking an experienced commissioning leader to oversee electrical testing and commissioning operations for complex mission-critical and industrial power projects.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing commissioning engineers and technicians, driving project execution, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest technical standards.

What You'll Do
