Mortenson is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead project commissioning, drive testing, and coordinate cross-disciplinary activities. The role focuses on developing procedures, coaching teams, and supporting business development on larger, complex assignments.
Eligible candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or 15+ years of field experience, plus eight years in construction management or commissioning, with strong QA/QC and system knowledge. Travel up to 50% is required.
Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager that will be responsible for driving and leading project construction and contract administration activities with a focus on successful commissioning, actively engaging in delivering larger and more complex assignments, and supporting Commissioning Managers in planning and conducting work that requires independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of commissioning techniques, procedures, and criteria.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $107,200 - $160,800 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
