Qualifications

• 7–20 years of experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering, HVAC design, or project management.
• Experience with central plant systems and building automation systems.
• Commissioning certification (BCxP, CxA, CCP, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities from project kickoff through occupancy.
• Review and reconcile Owner’s Project Requirements and Basis of Design documents.
• Develop commissioning plans and performance test procedures.
