The role requires 3+ years of Property & Casualty underwriting, strong sales/negotiation, and collaboration with underwriters, claims, marketing, and home office management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty underwriting.
• Must have proven marketing and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate price, coverage, terms and conditions for all new business and renewals.
• Identify account rounding opportunities for other Chubb practices.
• Collaborate with other underwriters, operations, claims, marketing, and home office management as necessary.
• Implement and manage effective pricing and rate strategies that will produce profitability and book growth.
• Build, maintain and manage producer and customer relationships.
